A QC expert between China and Vietnam - he was on the Vietnam side when borders closed. He has a work permit in China so can go in, but for the past year hasn’t been sure to go back to china or stay in Vietnam. 1 year has passed and if he doesn’t go back to China to renew his work permit, he may not be able to enter for many more years (or get a new visa). Not sure what he should do.
